Eddie cunningly incorporated the initial sit-ups test plus each of the six week workouts into a very cool PocketMod; a tiny booklet that is printed on a single sheet of paper.
To download the Two Hundred Sit-Ups PocketMod, "right click" the following link and select "Save Link As" (Firefox) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer & Opera).
